TRYOUTS

If you are interested in TRYING OUT for a team for the Spring portion of the Fall 2014/Spring 2015 Season, please access the TRY-OUT tab on the left menu to register (there is no charge) and receive information regarding roster openings. Certain teams are in need of players.
 

 

TEAMS

 PLEASE PROCEED ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF

ACCEPTANCE TO A TEAM ROSTER

 

 STEP 1:
Only Online Registration is available. You must register your child through the online registration system to reserve a roster spot for the 2014-2015 season.  To register on-line, click on the link below.  Please make sure you hit CHECK OUT upon completion or your registration will not be complete. You will receive an e-mail confirmation if done correctly.

STEP 2:
The following forms and photos are also required. 

  • ALL PLAYERS: Click here to print out the Medical Release Form. Complete the form including insurance information. This does NOT need to be notarized.
  • NEW PLAYERS TO THE CLUB: Provide a COPY of either your child's birth certificate or passport (it must be a copy as it will be destroyed after it is verified). 
  • NEW PLAYERS: Upload a picture to the registration system.  This photo is used to create a player pass to be shown to referee each game. 
  • Please promptly complete the above items.  return all of the above paperwork to the address provided on your registration confirmation which is e-mailed to you once your registration is completed.
  • This information will be requested again when actually in the registration system.
